Magnesium-Diasporal® 300 mg is the only OTC pharmaceutical product containing 300 mg magnesium as pure magnesium citrate. This organic compound is easily absorbed and fast acting.
Magnesium-Diasporal® 300 mg is used to treat and prevent magnesium deficiency. Signs of a deficiency may include leg cramps. The granules for oral solution dissolve quickly in water, tea or juice and have a mild orange flavour.
Tip: Take magnesium in the evening if you suffer from leg cramps at night!
